Returns & Exchanges

At Reine Noire, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we are here to help.

Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be:

• Unworn and unwashed
• In their original condition with all tags attached
• In the original packaging

To initiate a return, please contact us at support@reinenoire.store with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with return instructions.

Exchanges

We are happy to exchange items for a different size or colour, subject to availability. Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

• Earrings and pierced jewellery
• Items marked as final sale

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@reinenoire.store with photos and we will resolve it promptly.
